What we did: The work involved was mostly outside surfaces with some rust and old cauking that needed to be removed and the surfaces prepared for painting. The surfaces were very old and needed careful work so as to minimized any further damage. The work was completed on time in in excellent finish. There was an area that was not in the original estimate, but I was given a fair price from Nolan Painting to do the extra work.
Comments: This company is run so effectively, so punctual that it truly earns a five star rating for my experience with them. I received an estimate one week after contacting Nolan Painting, I was given a very fair estimate, and was kept informed by email of a pending start date. Once the date came, Steve Condi, arrived at 7AM and we once again went around the house to see first hand the work involved, and he set to work. He continued and finished the job at the end of the day. He had used exactly the right top quality paints and finished as I requested, he and a helper cleaned up and he once again showed me all work completed. I thanked him and the job was complete. This is a VERY, VERY professional company and it shows.

What we Did: Repaired cracks in stucco and painted section with elastomeric. Also, power washed entire house and deck.
Comments: They were terrific! I found them on Angie’s List, and had them out for an estimate. They promptly responded to me and came out on time. The representative, Jon Meyer, was able to give me an estimate on the spot. He followed-up with a written estimate, which included a detailed description of the job. I gave Jon some potential dates that worked for me. He committed to the schedule, a representative called me to confirm, and they showed up on time. It is very rare to find a company that meets its commitments, but Nolan did that and more. They really exceeded my expectations. In plus, their work is beautiful. I thought I’d have to re-stucco the portion of my house, but they applied elastomeric and matched the color perfectly. I could not be happier with their work and professionalism.

What we Did: Preparation of the exterior clapboards, trim, fascia etc. including power washing all surfaces. Repair of damaged wood where necessary. Replace damaged drip edge and damaged gutter. Painting of all clapboards, trim, fascia, soffits, doors and picture window trim.
Comments: The Nolan team was excellent from initial estimator, to crew chief and painters. All were extremely customer oriented. They answered all questions promptly, were very helpful on color coordination, taking care of details on preparation and finished painting. They were on time, here when they said they would be, cleaned up the site each day and were careful to cover bushes and walkways when prepping and painting. They also had carpenters on-staff to take care of some areas that needed repair prior to priming and painting.

What we Did: We just bought a new house and had Nolan paint two bedrooms, the finished basement, and install crown molding in the living room and dining room and a chair rail in the basement.
Comments: Kevin Nolan came to the house to estimate the work on the day I requested within a couple of days of setting up the appointment. He was very professional and had emailed me a detailed estimate within a half hour of leaving the home. I was able to have the work begin on my desired day and they actually finished a day ahead of schedule because a little rain provided the opportunity to have a larger crew. James was the crew leader in charge of the work and was a pleasure to work with. Nolan did an outstanding job, paid attention to detail, and provided a good value for the price. I would highly recommend them for painting and carpentry work.

What we Did: Painted the interior of our new home.
Comments: We had used Nolan’s at our old home to paint exterior stucco and some interior woodwork. We also had some rotten exterior trim replaced. When we moved to our new home, we didn’t think twice, we called Nolan’s. Chris and his crew came in and painted our entire first floor. We have five rooms and a two story center hall with a bridge. Each room was perfect. We also took advantage of the color advisor. A few months later we called and had our office, two bathrooms, and our master bedroom done. We will be calling again in the spring to finish our lower level family room.
