Color!

Finally we have started to have discussions with our customers about something  other than the economy.

Many of our  clients have started to move on with their lives and are doing some home remodeling. I had two of my customers tell me last week that they have decided to pull their house off the market, and paint a few rooms, just for themselves.

There is a saying that when people don’t move they stay put and improve.  Last week may have been the turning point; the bottom has been found. The economy should start improving now. It’s ok again, to paint a room a nice color.

Spring has Sprung!

There are two “Twilight” events that Nolan Painting is sponsoring.

The Twilight Run is a 5K Run/ Walk, that I am the Race Director as well as a sponsor. The Date is April 25, 2009 at 5:00 at Haverford HS. For info go to http://www.haverfordtwilightrun.org/ The proceeds go to the Haverford Education Foundation. Should be great.  finish on the track, refreshments and live music afterward. Even if you don’t like to run join us, it will be a beautiful walk down Karakung Rd.

The other Twilight event is the Bryn Mawr Twilight concert series. This is a fun event that happens every Saturday night through out the summer.  I know not everyone runs but everyone loves music, right?  We’ll be at the concerts handing out refreshments. If you decide to go make sure you say hi!
