You might say to yourself, “I’ve heard that before, everybody says it.” Every day I meet people who tell me how frustrated they were with the last contractor they hired, because they either never showed up on time or took forever to complete the project. I’ve seen the result of sloppy workmanship, just because someone didn’t take the time to handle a small detail. And the ultimate lack of accountability is when the contractor won’t stand behind their work. I’ve met people who have felt so betrayed, that they have given up on getting someone to just answer a phone call. I’ve heard it, seen it, and felt it!

You may have had these experiences and be wondering, “How does Nolan Painting do all these things so well?” We do it by holding ourselves accountable; starting at the Management level and continuing through to the individual level.

We conduct weekly training seminars that revolve around our promise. We discuss how to paint both the interior and exterior of your home according to the Nolan Promise. We talk about how to protect the areas (and surfaces) we are not painting and even how to label a can of paint for proper storage — all according to the Nolan Promise.
