Commitment. Accountability. Reliability.
Three very important words to Nolan Painting. Not only are they important to us, but we know they are extremely important to you, our customers.
To abide by these principles, we are committed to serving you according to our company philosophy:
THE NOLAN PROMISE
· We will start and finish on time
· We will maintain a neat, clean project
· We will provide a total commitment to all details
· We will stand behind our work
· We pledge an assurance of high quality
You might say to yourself, “I’ve heard that before, everybody says it.” Every day I meet people who tell me how frustrated they were with the last contractor they hired, because they either never showed up on time or took forever to complete the project. I’ve seen the result of sloppy workmanship, just because someone didn’t take the time to handle a small detail. And the ultimate lack of accountability is when the contractor won’t stand behind their work. I’ve met people who have felt so betrayed, that they have given up on getting someone to just answer a phone call. I’ve heard it, seen it, and felt it!
You may have had these experiences and be wondering, “How does Nolan Painting do all these things so well?” We do it by holding ourselves accountable; starting at the Management level and continuing through to the individual level.
We conduct weekly training seminars that revolve around our promise. We discuss how to paint both the interior and exterior of your home according to the Nolan Promise. We talk about how to protect the areas (and surfaces) we are not painting and even how to label a can of paint for proper storage — all according to the Nolan Promise.
Conducting training on these and many other aspects of our commitment to you on a regular basis, assures you the high quality and value you expect from Nolan Painting.
Commitment. Accountability. Reliability. When you put these three words together, you get…….

Protecting Surfaces and Relationships since 1979
I have a big event coming up that I would like to share with you. I am the Race Director for the 12th Annual Main Line 5K Run & Fun Walk, benefitting The Main Line Chamber Foundation. Presented by Main Line Health, the race takes place on Saturday, September 26th in rain or shine - registration opens at 7:00 am and the 5K Run begins at 8:00 am (followed by the 3K Fun Walk at 8:05 am). The Foundation, established in 2001, grants scholarships to deserving local high school students. Additionally, the Foundation provides support for volunteer fire companies in the community, specifically by providing financial aid to assist in the recruitment of new volunteers, and by awarding scholarships to individual firefighters. The Main Line 5K Run & Fun Walk provides much of the funding used by the Foundation to support our local community.
Nolan Painting is also a proud sponsor of the 12th Annual Main Line 5K Run & Fun Walk. Nolan Painting will be a large presence on the day of the race, with twenty Nolan Painting employees pledging their time as volunteers on race day. The race begins and ends at the Chamber office, located at 175 Strafford Avenue in Wayne, and leads runners on a scenic course through beautiful Wayne. After the race, runners and walkers are welcome to enjoy a Health and Fitness Expo attended by local health and fitness experts.
As Race Director, the Main Line Run represents the culmination of my hard work over the past few months, as well as the efforts of the Main Line Run Committee. For me, it has also allowed another wonderful opportunity to give back to the community in which I live and work. I am extremely excited about what is sure to be a great day for the whole family.
For more information on the Foundation, or to sign up as a runner, walker, or volunteer, please visit www.mainlinerun.org
Hope to see you there.
Thanks,
Kevin Nolan
What we did: The work involved was mostly outside surfaces with some rust and old cauking that needed to be removed and the surfaces prepared for painting. The surfaces were very old and needed careful work so as to minimized any further damage. The work was completed on time in in excellent finish. There was an area that was not in the original estimate, but I was given a fair price from Nolan Painting to do the extra work.
Nolan Painting will be all over the place in the next couple months. Pack on those extra layers as the weather gets colder and come join us!

Here is a schedule of events that Nolan Painting will be sponsoring in the Fall and Winter. We will be serving our famous popcorn and providing refreshments as well.

What we Did: We just bought a new house and had Nolan paint two bedrooms, the finished basement, and install crown molding in the living room and dining room and a chair rail in the basement.
Comments: Kevin Nolan came to the house to estimate the work on the day I requested within a couple of days of setting up the appointment. He was very professional and had emailed me a detailed estimate within a half hour of leaving the home. I was able to have the work begin on my desired day and they actually finished a day ahead of schedule because a little rain provided the opportunity to have a larger crew. James was the crew leader in charge of the work and was a pleasure to work with. Nolan did an outstanding job, paid attention to detail, and provided a good value for the price. I would highly recommend them for painting and carpentry work.
