We Love Giving Back to the Communities We Serve

Nolan Painting will be sponsoring the following FALL COMMUNITY EVENTS.

The Main Line Run on September 14th.

SEPTEMBER

Sept 13: Caron’s 5K Run

Benefits Caron Pennsylvania which specializes in gender-specific, drug and alcohol addiction treatment for adults, young adults, and adolescents who are suffering from drug and alcohol dependency and addiction.

Sept 13: Talk 5K Trail Run

Race participants will strive to support TALK’s goal of increasing its scholarship resources and intensive programming, as well as raising awareness of its mission.

Sept 13: Colonial Challenge

The event is to raise money for the Colonial School District Education Foundation.

Sept 14: Main Line Run

It benefits the Volunteer Emergency Responders Scholarship Program, which provides scholarships to volunteer firefighters and emergency medical personnel who are there when the community needs them most, saving taxpayers countless dollars, and Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, a nationally recognized program in which high school students learn about life and free enterprise on a college campus setting.

Sept 21: Radnor Fall Festival

Family/Community town event.

Sept 21: 9/11 Heroes Run – Valley Forge, PA

A portion of the proceeds raised stay in the host race communities to support local veterans, their families, and first responder – remaining proceeds support Travis Manion Foundation Challenge Grants, which provide veterans and families of fallen service members support through service-based team building events that foster camaraderie and facilitate successful life transitions.

Sept 27: Haverford Township Day 5K

Family/Community town event.

Sept 27: Miss Pat Memorial 5k Run with Heart

The run benefits Sacred Heart of Bryn Mawr Scholarship fund, “The Gift of the Heart.” It provides financial assistance to a fifth grade student entering sixth grade who demonstrates strong academics, great effort, good citizenship, and who embraces the goals of Sacred Heart education.

Oct 5: Michelle Miles Race

Michelle’s Miles is an event to celebrate the life of Michelle Deasey, a talented and dedicated Episcopal Academy 3rd grader who unexpectedly passed away in late 2007. Michelle embodied the qualities and attributes valued by The Episcopal Academy community. Her infectious spirit, sportsmanship, grace and courage continue to inspire all who knew her.

Oct 6: American Red Cross Blood Drive at Nolan Painting

2 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Nolan’s office.

Oct 12: A Baby’s Breath 5K Run

Proceeds benefit A Baby’s Breath, an all volunteer, tax free, non-profit 501(c)3 organization, dedicated to assisting mothers with crisis pregnancies get information and counseling in their time of need.

Oct 18: Storm Water Runoff 5k

Proceeds benefit the Lower Merion Conservancy and the Lower Merion Township Environmental Advisory Council.

Oct 19: Dan’s Dog Dash

This race honors Dan Schultz, whose fight against cancer and approach to life emphasized the importance of surrounding yourself with a wonderful community, remaining mentally fit and maintaining physical activity.

Oct 25: Bark in the Park

Benefiting Delaware County SPCA to help reduce pet homelessness.

Oct. 25: Amazing Race 5K

Proceeds from the AmazingRace will be used by Wayne United Methodist Church to support its various programs involving worship, education, and outreach.

Oct 26: Hotfoot 8.8 Fort Washington Fire Company

The race benefits the Fort Washington Fire Company Active Workers Association.

Oct 26: Radnor Run 5 Mile

The Penn Medicine Radnor Run is a fundraiser of the American Lung Association. All proceeds will benefit the mission of the American Lung Association to improve lung and prevent lung disease through education, advocacy and research.
