Before anyone picks up a brush, you’ll meet the painting team that will be working on your Ardmore home. Our crew members are always employees and not subcontractors. All of our employees have been trained through Nolan Painting’s formal apprenticeship program. We are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm, and every single crew leader is an EPA Certified Renovator. 

The right tools and equipment will always be used for the job. We use high-quality Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paint to make sure that we always have consistently amazing results. We always double-check painting and color choices. We set up a dedicated site for our tools and ask about any of your pets that we need to watch out for. 

We go over everything with you before we begin to make sure that we know exactly what you want. You can be sure that any surfaces, furnishing, objects, or floors that are not going to be painted will be protected in your Ardmore home. We can remove or reinstall window latches, switch plates, and cover plates. Any doorknobs, thermostats, and alarm system hardware will never be removed.

We prepare the painting surfaces with care and know that prep work is one of the most vital parts of any paint job. We scrape, patch, and sand walls. We will re-inspect before we apply the final coat, and, if necessary, we will patch any walls. We patch the ceiling and wall cracks with a spackle compound, and for bigger cracks, we use an application of fiberglass joint tape, where the wall will then be spackled and smoothed. We scrape and sand any of the previous rough sand areas created by past paint failures.
