Employee Training

To ensure our Chadds Ford customers and employees are always safe, we offer on-the-job training to our painters. On-the-job training provides our painters with the knowledge to successfully run a job with minimal to no interruption to the customer. We teach extensive product knowledge, the best tools for the job, and how to do things the right way. This training allows us to continue providing the highest level of service promised to our customers. Another part of job training is safety and fall protection. To ensure everyone on the site is safe, we provide mandatory job safety training workshops every month. We also require our trained interior painters to undergo Fall Protection Training from TekSolv, a safety, health, environmental, engineering, equipment, and rescue company. Fall Protection Training is essential for individuals who work from heights, and after experiencing this, our team meets the strict requirements of applicable OSHA regulations. All our painters receive a certificate of completion, certifying them as a “Competent Fall Protection Specialist,” so you can rest assured you are in good hands with the Nolan Painting team. 

Besides the safety aspect of our job, our employees must understand the best practices of customer service. Through our Customer Service Training, our team learns how to best address customers’ needs and to be respectful of their homes.
