Using paint colors to decorate your home can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, regardless of whether you are looking to calm, embolden, or otherwise refresh your space. Take a peek at some of the colors we’ve seen trending so far in 2015!

Evening Blue Benjamin Moore 2066-20

This rich blue color will leave you floating away with the feeling that you’re on an island in the Mediterranean. Evening Blue is deep and bold while providing a great backdrop for other vibrant colors like reds, pinks, bright greens, and yellows. Any color should look fresh against this beautiful, warm blue.

Olive Moss Benjamin Moore 2147-20

A golden green paint color like Olive Moss looks fabulous when paired with pale pinks and lavenders, rather than the more predictable creams and whites. This color really sings in vintage inspired spaces but can also be used as a fresh, modern backdrop for color-blocked pillows, warm metals, and contemporary furniture.

Tango Sherwin Williams 6649

While it may seem extreme to some, the paint color orange can liven things up in virtually any home. This particular shade by Sherwin Williams is very functional while remaining a true, bright orange. Tango looks beautiful when accented against bright white trim and in rooms that get great natural light.

Frolic Sherwin William 6703

This chartreuse-like green paint color by Sherwin Williams is fresh and fun while also having some nice sour yellow notes. Frolic will elevate any space and leave you feeling enveloped by color. Paired with blacks and whites, this green color can be made to feel very sophisticated despite its playful nature.

Gray Area Sherwin Williams 7052

Gray Area by Sherwin Williams is a very warm, almost beige variety of gray. As far as neutrals go, this one feels very contemporary while maintaining a classic ambiance for your home. This paint color can be paired very easily with reds and pinks, browns, and a trim color like Creamy SW 7012.
