The Right Preparation Makes All the Difference
Different types of wood absorb stain in unique ways, so what looks like “Mahogany” on one surface might read completely differently on another. Our suggestion? We always recommend sanding to bare wood before applying any stain. Attempting to blend stain over an existing finish can result in unexpected tones.
