A: No, we do not use subcontractors. Nolan Painters are all full time employees who are background-checked and trained. Nolan Painting has workers compensation insurance. Q: What services do you provide?
A: We offer painting services, including:
- Residential Painting: Interior, exterior, and cabinet painting for residential homes.
- Commercial Painting: Interior, exterior painting for commercial locations.
- Carpentry & Repair: Drywall repair, shutter repair, molding installation, minor plaster and stucco repair, and wood replacement as well as custom woodwork including built-ins, coffered ceilings, and board and batton.
- Color Consulting: Advice from our professional Color Consultants to help you choose the perfect colors for your space. This is a complimentary service for Nolan Painting customers.
Requesting an Estimate
Q: How can I request an estimate?
A: You can request a free estimate by filling out the estimate request form. A member of our team will contact you within one business day to schedule your consultation with one of our professional estimators. You can also call us between Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives, or leave us a voicemail outside of business hours and we will return your call to schedule an estimate within one business day.
Q: What information do I need to provide when requesting an estimate?
A: When requesting an estimate, please provide your name, contact information, address, and a description of your project. This helps us understand your needs, ensure we service your area, and prepare for one of our estimators to visit your property.
Estimate Process
Q: What does the estimate process involve?
A: After receiving your request, we will schedule a consultation to review your project. During the consultation, we will discuss the work you would like to have completed, provide recommendations, review the timeline, and answer any questions about our painting process and team. Following the assessment, we will provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work and associated costs.
Q: How long does it take to receive the estimate?
A: We strive to provide estimates promptly. After the initial consultation, you can expect to receive your estimate either the same day, or within a few days, depending on the project’s complexity.
Scheduling & Project Timeline
Q: How soon can my project be scheduled after I accept the estimate?
A: Scheduling depends on our current workload, the scope of your project, and the weather. We aim to accommodate your preferred timeline and will discuss scheduling details during the consultation.
Q: How long will my painting project take to complete?
A: The duration of a project varies based on its size and complexity. We will provide an estimated timeline during the consultation. One of our company promises is to start and finish on time, so we strive to stick to the timeline established when you schedule your project.
Quality and Materials
Q: What type of paint do you use?
A: We primarily use quality products from Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore. If there’s another brand you’re interested in, please discuss it with your estimator
Q: Do you offer environmentally friendly paint options?
A: Yes, most paints we use already have low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). However, non-VOC paints are available upon request.
Insurance & Warranty
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured.
Q: Do you offer a warranty on your work?
A: Yes, we stand behind our work and offer a 2 year warranty. If you’re not entirely satisfied with the job, we pledge to make it right.

Q: Can you assist with color selection?
A: Absolutely. Our color consulting service is designed to help you choose the perfect colors for your space, considering factors like lighting, architecture, and room décor. Our color consultants are professional designers who will have a personalized visit with you in your space to assist you with color selection.
Q: Do you handle homes with lead paint?
A: Yes, we are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm and take special precautions in homes built before 1978 to ensure safety during the painting process.
